Circa 3433 sq ft of luxurious living - probably the simplest way to describe this exceptional family home!

Indeed not only does this fine residence occupy a choice town location on one of its most sought after roads but the standard of finish throughout and attention to detail offers a level rarely seen in today's market. It will be immediately apparent to anyone who views and from the minute you approach the same from the Seacon Road.

Externally it includes the attractive brick built finish with Rosemary roof tiles to the brick pavia drive and manicured gardens. Internally the same just continues to impress and the list is almost endless. Some of the most notable features include the extensive hand made and solid wood kitchen; underfloor heating throughout; concrete first floor flooring - again with underfloor heating; painted solid oak doors with matching deep skirtings and architraves; oak parquet and Junckers flooring in the reception rooms to the feature staircase with large newel posts and ornate metal spindle detailing.

The accommodation itself is just superb – with the 5 star master bedroom suite (circa 600 sq ft) including an open plan dressing area, underfloor heating and master bathroom suite – just look at those photographs! On the upper floor there are 4 further bedrooms; bedroom 2 also with a dressing room and ensuite; family bathroom with a circular jacuzzi; a walk in airing cupboard; and (did I mention) the secret stairs from the master ensuite to the ground floor.

The ground floor includes the impressive reception hall with gallery landing to the upper floor; lounge with feature curved walls and a double aspect; a family room; sun room; snug; utility room; cloakroom; pantry and the large kitchen/dinette/living room.

This is arguably one of Ballymoney’s finest residence and superb value when compared to similarly sized or lesser finished homes on the Causeway Coast. And on top of the aforementioned it also includes a spacious landscaped rear garden with several patio areas, a large tarmac parking/courtyard area plus a ‘treble’ integral garage.

As such we are delighted to have been instructed as sole selling agent for this truly unique property and highly recommend viewing to appreciate the meticulous finish and standard of construction and detailing throughout.

Please note that viewing is strictly by appointment only.

Show Map

Firstly we should say that the Seacon Road is probably viewed as Ballymoney"s version of the Strand Road in Portstewart or the Lisburn/Malone Road in Belfast! - In other words one of the most desirable residential locations in Ballymoney. Couple this with the fact that its also within walking distance to the town centre and a stones throw from the Frosses/Newbridge Road for travelling further afield; yet enjoys a semi rural feel to the same. Leave Ballymoney town centre on the Coleraine Road turning left at the mini roundabout continuing on the Coleraine Road and then right after a few hundred yards onto the Seacon Road. After a few hundred yards more then No. 206A is situated on the right hand side.
